All orders are dispatched from our China warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Due to the popularity of our offers, please expect a tracking number between 1-3 business days. Once your product ships, shipping times are quoted by the carrier as taking 7-14 business days.

**Shipping time to India is 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options.

**If the shipment is sent via ePacket due to lack of other carrier options, the estimated delivery time is 20-50 days.

Shipping to over 240 countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


Lost/missing packages is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.



All international orders may be subject to customs fees, especially if the order contains high-value items. By purchasing our product(s), you consent you will be responsible for the payment of such fees when the item(s) arrives in your country.


Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.


My tracking says: “no information available at the moment”.


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


Why is my tracking info not updating?

There is no need to worry, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update. Once the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it here by entering your order number and email address.


Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
