Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive your tracking number or you don’t have any updates on your Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the situation.

Yes that is normal. The reason for that is because that is when it is traveling  overseas and going through customs which can take awhile. The shipping carrier cannot track an item that is traveling overseas until it has cleared customs. Once it has landed in your country and been cleared from customs, it will update again. 

Our warehouses are located mostly in China. Some products take 10-14 days while others take longer days so make sure to read the product description. The product description will mention the delivery time. Please check our Shipping policy page for estimated shipping days for each country.

We ship your orders from various warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, rest assured they are on the way. 

We ship orders from our fulfillment centers by oversea mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service.
